Scott Rockwell is an
internationally-collected artist who lives in West Virginia
with his roommate and four insane cats. He has always
preferred the studio to the spotlight in much the same way
he has always preferred watercolors to oils -- it's just
what works for him.
Scott has spent much of the
last 20 years providing the color for a wide variety of
comics and graphic novels, including "Lost in Space," Anne
Rice's "The Tale of the Body Thief," "Quantum Leap," and
many Disney titles -- he now colors exclusively for Disney.
He paints every chance he gets -- he loves to experiment
with light and shadow to see what he can do with transparent
watercolors, and he's constantly trying new things with
composition and perspective.
Scott's art has been
collected by patrons in over a dozen countries, and more
people are discovering his paintings every day.
