- Spam is a terrible
thing, and neither SRA nor WHWD sends unsolicited email.
SRA will respond to incoming requests, and may on
occasion maintain contact with individual buyers
regarding their acquisitions and requesting permissions
for republication of their collections (such as for use
on this site). WHWD never sends unsolicited email,
and only responds to incoming mail regarding technical

address. Both SRA and WHWD maintain high ethical
standards and professionalism. We are online to
market Scott Rockwell's amazing art, not black market
Viagra and other unmentionable things. If you
receive a spam email using the

- SRA and WHWD are
not responsible for content, accessibility, or privacy
of any third-party web sites linked from this site.
When leaving this site, even from a link contained
herein, read the privacy policy and terms of use for
that site.
- You agree to
indemnify, defend and hold SRA and WHWD, and its owners,
representatives, and information providers (collectively, the
"Indemnified Parties") harmless from and against any and

TERMS OF USE. Both Sides Now reserves the right, at its
own expense, to assume the exclusive defense and control

shall be construed and enforced according to the laws of
the state of West Virginia, and any actions brought
against SRA shall be performed in the home county of
Scott Rockwell, according to the laws of that county and
state. If any provision of this agreement shall be
deemed void, unlawful, or for any reason unenforceable,
then that provision shall be severable from this
agreement and shall not affect the validity and
enforceability of any remaining provisions. This
is the entire agreement between all parties mentioned
herein, and shall not be modified except by SRA and WHWD.
- These TERMS OF USE may be modified at any time.
You are bound by these TERMS OF USE, and it is your
responsibility to consult this page for any updates and
changes.
